Frequently asked about this service.
We support a broad range of physical and cognitive disabilities including cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injury (TBI), Alzheimer's and dementia, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and conditions resulting in mobility limitations. Care is always individualized to the client's specific abilities and needs.

This includes maintaining consistent daily routines, environmental safety modifications, active monitoring during all hours of coverage, and immediate family notification protocols if a concern arises.

Depending on the client's diagnosis and level of need, disability support services may be covered under Georgia Medicaid — including through waiver programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or complex medical needs. Our intake team can conduct a free eligibility screening to identify your coverage options before services begin.
